Our guest housesleeps 4:
1 bedroom (queen bed), loft with 2 twin beds, full kitchen, bathroom, living
room and screened in porch with table and chairs. Radio, but no TV. Cell phones do work here
most of the time if you don't mind walking up a hillside, but no long distance land line, and wi-fi does not work well.
Please: No Smoking or Pets!!!
It is strongly recommended to bring your own food. The closest
restaurant is 9 miles at Vallecito.
Due to a new lodger tax added by our fair county, we have slightly increased our price per night. And due to the amount of laundry and cleaning that each stay creates, we have decided to go to a three night minimum stay.
We would be glad to hear from you with any questions about the guesthouse or lessons, and Jim is terrific at helping people plan their activities in the area. However, we are booking through the VRBO website these days. It is easier because the website shows a calendar and you can easily see what dates we have available there.
Our VRBO listing is property 594414.
